It’s always good to hear from our customers and we really value your opinions. Customer comments, good and bad, help us to improve the quality of service we provide you. If we get something wrong we need to know and hopefully we can avoid making the same mistake again. We do enjoy hearing your positive comments too and always share them with the colleagues concerned. I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with the service I have received from Squire Furneaux.� I bought a C30 just over three years ago, partly because the salesman, Tony Pears, was exceptional.� The service I have received from the dealership has been exemplary and this was highlighted recently when I had a problem with my car.� The fault was elusive but turned out to be a software related issues.� 400 miles after the fix the car is still performing as it should do and is was Squire Furneaux who did much to restore my confidence in your brand.
Finally, one of the things that influenced my decision to buy a Volvo was Tony Pears.� His knowledge, experience and calm unhurried manner were confidence inspiring. When I discovered that he has sold your vehicles for 27 years, this was in 2009, it said a great deal about his dedication.� As I bought the car 3 years ago, Tony must be coming up to 30 years with Volvo and Squire Furneaux.

“I thought I should drop you a quick line to tell you about my experience in purchasing a new XC90 from the Leatherhead branch. We decided to look at larger cars including the Q7, Touareg and all the other SUVs but did not really have any idea what to buy or how much to spend.
We have been mainly handled by Chris Andrew and his customer service was the very best I have ever experienced. At no time did we feel he was selling us a car but more that he would give us all the information and time we needed to make a decision. From our first visit to picking up our new car, I can say he has been a credit to your company. The only other person I dealt with specifically was Louise Willcocks and again she was great. All the other staff members I have met in passing always seem pleased to see you and help. It is great to feel that I have and individual and a company that really wants to look after us.
If this is a taste of things to come I cannot see myself buying or servicing a car anywhere else.”

In particular I would like to single out James for the way he dealt with the transaction. When we first made contact he had a difficult job on his hands to convince me that a Volvo was the right car for me; I had always had an irrational dislike of Volvo as a brand but his skills as a salesman meant that I was soon sold on the idea; no mean feat, I can tell you. "I feel I should put pen to paper so to speak to report on my recent experience at your High Wycombe service centre.
My XC90 was due a service but just prior to this, it was discovered that there was a leak from the clutch servo.� The service manager, Andy Rivett, asked me to come in to check the problem, identified the problem within 3 minutes, explained the options and cost. I was confident that he and his team would do a good job so told them to proceed.� He then extended the service period from one to 4 days and rearranged the courtesy car.
On picking up the car, the work, the bill and the cost were explained to me fully and throughout, Andy asked if I was content to pay what I was paying which I was.
Every time, I find the whole team at your High Wycombe centre helpful, approachable,�knowledgeable and highly professional.� They are a credit to Squire Furneaux and are the reason why I will keep my Volvo and keep using them."
