It’s always good to hear from our customers and we really value your opinions. Customer comments, good and bad, help us to improve the quality of service we provide you. If we get something wrong we need to know and hopefully we can avoid making the same mistake again. We do enjoy hearing your positive comments too and always share them with the colleagues concerned. “Thank you for your email asking for my comments. I am delighted with my new C70, it’s the third Volvo I’ve had from your garage and a joy to drive, easily the best one so far. I have received only the highest standard of service both from your service department who were very considerate when I was concerned with the suspension on my previous V70 and from Mary Murton in the corporate sales team who is truly extraordinary. Customer service like that is a rare thing and if I’m honest, totally unexpected from a garage.
I should also add that the delivery driver was first rate too, very meticulous but also pragmatic, only focussing on the things that would be new to me with the C70. He was also superb at demonstrating the detachable tow bar which is no trivial thing to demonstrate.
Once you’ve experienced Squire Furneaux standards other garages performance seems unacceptable. So, to address your question, what could you improve on, hmmm, beats me.”

Matt Edgington made the whole experience from quote to handover a pleasure. I returned to buy my second XC90 from you due to Matt’s service on my first purchase some 3 years ago.
