1. RGF Limited and Squire & Furneaux Limited – both in Administration

   Kevin James Coates, Charles Peter Holder and Anne Clare O’Keefe were appointed Joint Administrators of RGF Limited and Squire & Furneaux Limited (together the Companies) on 4 January 2012

   The affairs, business and property of the Companies are being managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and without personal liability.

2. All New Volvo V40 Hatchback Set For Geneva Motor Show Reveal

   Squire Furneaux are delighted to confirm that the much anticipated all new Volvo V40 five door hatchback will be revealed at the Geneva Motor Show in March. Exact details are scarce, but we expect to see a sloping roofline, distinctive taillights, a tailgate spoiler, aluminium window trim and a prominent from grille. 3. New Year cheer for Esher Rugby Club view story

   Esher Rugby Club rang out the old and rang in the new with a stirring 24-12 win against Rotherham Titans on New Year's Eve at Molesey Road, following a terrific 13-13 Boxing Day draw with London Welsh.

   As the EEE's look forward to another end-of-season Championship play-off tussle, Squire Furneaux enter their third year as proud Business Network partners of Surrey's premier rugby club.

4. Slough’s Mayor chooses Volvo S80

   The town’s Mayor has taken delivery of a new luxury Volvo S80 from our Slough Volvo dealership.

   Car Sales Manager Franco Longobardi commented that ‘We were delighted when the Mayor chose a Volvo S80. 5. Squire Furneaux Guildford golfer takes the longest drive raising
   funds for Macmillan

   Squire Furneaux Guildford sponsored a local golf tournament and fielded a team to help raise £2,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Service Manager Phil Martin won both the team challenge and longest drive at the West Sussex Petworth Downs Golf Club annual fund raiser.

6. Squire Furneaux Chauffeurs ‘Queen’ Jean at Pirbright

   Squire Furneaux Guildford sponsored local Pirbright Village Fete for the fourth year running and found ourselves chauffeur to a VIP with all the appearance of royalty helping to raise £14,000 in the process! Local amateur actress Jean Gable took on the role of the Queen for the day and almost had the villagers fooled especially when she turned up to open the fete in a chauffeur driven S60 driven by Sales Manager Andrew Wales complete with peaked cap! Squire Furneaux had the latest Volvo range on display and awarded a remote control XC60 to the winner of a competition to guess the number of balloons in a C70 Coupe/Convertible.

7. Awards Time at Squire Furneaux

   2010 Annual award winners have been announced at Squire Furneaux with two of the three accolades going to our Maidenhead Volvo dealership.

   Pictured receiving their awards are Team of the Year, Maidenhead Car Sales and Car Sales Consultant of the Year, Tony Pears. Guildford's Andy Reaney won Group Technician of the Year for the second time in succession.

10. Polestar C30 makes surprise visit to Squire Furneaux

    When Jeremy Clarkson was testing the very special one off Polestar C30 around the Top Gear test track at Dunsfold, a driveshaft broke necessitating a quick pitstop at Squire Furneaux Guildford. Fortunately the Swedish Polestar Racing team came prepared with a spare one and our technicians had the car back together within the hour, ready for more Top Gear track laps.

    

    The car develops 400 bhp from its 2.5 litre turbo engine and four wheel drive system. After asking the Polestar team how fast it travelled around the famous Top Gear track, they simply replied ‘fast’ and wouldn’t be drawn on lap time.

11. Wasps rugby star Tom Varndell re-signs with Squire Furneaux

    Squire Furneaux have renewed their sponsorship of London Wasps and England rugby star Tom Varndell for the 2011-12 campaign. After an injury hit season Tom is fully fit again and raring to go under the leadership of Director of Rugby Dai Young and a new look squad with many new signings. Squire Furneaux wish London Wasps and Tom a very successful season in the Aviva Premiership.

13. Guildfordians Rugby Convert Squire Furneauxview story

    Squire Furneaux are delighted to lend support to Guildfordians Rugby Club and their initiative to provide ‘community rugby in the heart of Guildford’ for all ages.
